  • Do I have to have an appointment?

    We do recommend that you call ahead and make an appointment for most services.  However, if you would like to get an IV treatment or a simple vitamin injection, we can accomodate for walk-ins on most days.  The best bet is to always call ahead to ensure availability.    

  • Does REDEFINE accept insurance?

    We do accept most major insurance companies.  If you would like more information about your specific situation please feel free to call.  We do have a billing specialist on staff that can answer your questions.  

  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

    We accept cash, credit / debit cards, HSA/FSA.  

  • If I am already receiving Hormone Replacement Therapy through another provider is it difficult to switch over?

    Absolutely not!   It is simple and we can have you transitioned under our care and ready to go with no lapse in treatment.  Just give us a call and we can make sure you have everything you need to make the switch.

  • My provider has recommended supplements, where can I find them for purchase?

    REDEFINE uses multiple suppliers that provide the best in vitamins and supplements.  On our "SUPPLEMENTS" page, you can find links to their online stores where you can find recommended supplements and more.
