In 2020, Redefine was founded with the goal of providing Montgomery and surrounding communities with individualized health and wellness options and the highest level of care possible. Since then, we have been Blessed with the opportunity to do just that. At Redefine, our goal continues to be to provide you with the tools and resources your mind and body need to look and feel your best. We offer a variety of health and wellness services, including IV hydration therapy, weight loss plans, hormone replacement therapy for men and women, COVID-19 testing and sick visits, and more.

Our Team

Monica Milford, FNP-C/Founder

Monica graduated with a BSN from Texas A&M and an MSN, FNP-C from the University of Texas. After working in emergency and trauma medicine for 13 years, Monica returned to college to become a family nurse practitioner specializing in emergency/trauma.

She soon discovered a passion for researching hormones and implementing hormone replacement therapy. Monica was fascinated by examining her patients’ baseline and watching them grow and evolve with the right tools. It wasn’t long before she realized she wanted to bring this newfound knowledge back to her hometown of Montgomery, Texas.

Since launching Redefine in November 2020, Monica and her team have been dedicated to serving their clients by providing individualized healthcare and wellness options that fit every lifestyle.
